About Fee

My approach to care and to my time with each client is tailored to your needs, preferences, and values. My Birth Doula package includes:, - 30 min call/consult + 1 hour in-person meeting to get to know one another (free of charge) - 2-4 Prenatal visits starting around 28 weeks in which we will cover: - Physiology of labor and birth - Relaxation techniques - Movement and body balancing exercises to promote optimal fetal positioning - Developing a birth vision based on the needs and priorities of your family - Processing any stories, narratives, fears that have come up throughout your pregnancy journey - 24/7 support via phone, text, and email - 1 Postpartum visit
$1500 to $2000
