*** BIRTH *** Hospital or home births with 2 prenatal visits and a free 3rd prenatal "Birthing Rehearsal" for those wanting a Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypno-Doula. Topics discussed: www.newbornbabyspecialist.com/prenatal-visits *** POSTPARTUM *** 1 prenatal visit and 1 visit to the hospital or home after birthing your baby. Optimal support is 5-6 days a week for the first 2-3 weeks and then tapering to 2-3 days a week for a total of 6-8 weeks while establishing milk supply. As a Lactation Specialist, visits include breastfeeding support, emotional and physical support, diapering, grooming, and bathing methods, hunger and sleep cues, sibling and pet assimilation, meal preparation for family, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, and baby's laundry. *** ADDITIONAL *** Private Newborn Care Class and Breastfeeding Class, Nursery Consultations, Sleep Consultations, Belly Binding, Reflexology for Pregnancy, Birth, Postpartum, and Baby, help with Teething & Transitioning to Solids.
